A decade ago, Wendy received a diagnosis of an incurable brain tumor. It cast a dark shadow over her life. Wendy chose to always look forward. To embrace the light cutting through the darkness. To live her life to the fullest.
That would not have been possible without hope. Hope that her doctors gave her with their time. Hope for a cure.
She would want others to have that same hope. To live their lives. To shine their light through the darkness.
Wendy loved life and lived every ounce. Fueled by hope.
